Flash page — console with four states
Design reference for the replacement /flash.html. The left column is a device bay that fills in as the board is read; the right column is one surface reused for instructions, then progress, then pairing. Full page shown in the detected state, with the other three panel states below it. See README.md in this folder.

Switching platforms
Going HomeKit → ESPHome wipes the pairing. Remove it from the Home app first.
After flashing: wire it to the CN105 port
Power the unit down, seat the cable, tuck the board inside the case.

Nine times in ten it is a charge-only cable. Otherwise install the USB serial drivers.
Flashing again later
Safe to re-run any time. Updates after this one go over Wi-Fi, no cable.
